Engagement and climate will be an ongoing focus at the University. We conducted the first baseline survey for staff members, which closed in January 2018. The survey results will be reviewed and two to three items will be selected as key priorities for fiscal year 2018 and fiscal year 2019. These key priorities will be shared with the University community.

Once goals are developed, University leadership will create action plans to achieve those goals. The University will test its progress on those goals by using pulse surveys of certain groups of staff members.

We expect that another full survey will be conducted in two years.
