The next steps for the Staff Engagement and Climate Survey are currently in action and a more detailed list of events will be available soon.
For now, along with continuing data analysis, additional steps will be taken in the coming months, including:
- March through May 2018: Senior leadership will determine areas of focus and will appoint a chair or team to manage communications and action plans.
- Summer through Fall 2018: Action plans will be implemented within each school or department.
As information comes available, it will be shared and distributed by your responsibility center's leadership.
